All right, title, and interest in and to the Service — including all software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property — remain with Slyce and its licensors. No implied licenses are granted to you under these Terms. Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. Service Usage Rules

You agree to use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law, and not in any way that:

violates any law, regulation, or third-party right;
interferes with or disrupts the Service, its servers, or its security features;
attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
uses the Service for market manipulation, fraud, or any other prohibited trading or financial conduct; or
misrepresents your identity or impersonates any person or entity.

5. Termination

Slyce may revoke your license and terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or use the Service improperly. The license granted in Section 2 is explicitly revocable at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 7, and 9) will so survive.

6. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms are incorporated into, and supplement, any other agreements you enter into with Slyce or its partners in connection with the Service — including any brokerage account agreement you accept with our broker-dealer partner during account opening. Additional disclosures and documents (for example, fee schedules, electronic delivery consents, and partner privacy notices) may apply to specific features and will be provided to you when relevant.

Content made available through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Slyce is not a registered investment adviser and does not exercise investing discretion; every trade executed through the Service reflects a standing instruction you authored and approved.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Slyce relies on third-party partners to deliver the Service — including, without limitation, our broker-dealer and custodial partner, card networks, account-aggregation providers, identity-verification vendors, and infrastructure providers. Use of the Service may involve transmitting data to and receiving data from these partners. Your use of any third-party service is governed by the agreements and policies of that third party, and Slyce is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Slyce may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted at www.tryslyce.com/terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any change implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
